Job Description
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities to support safe, timely, and cost‑effective project delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and help prevent schedule delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Support multifamily construction operations, ensuring building systems, unit layouts, and site logistics meet multifamily project requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong abilities in organization, planning, and managing time effectively
- Background in coordinating or managing construction projects
- Understanding of multifamily construction methods, standards, and workflows
