Job Description

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of construction.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and site conditions.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Assistant Superintendent Should Have

• A background in construction, with experience in the property industry preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
