Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflows.
- Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Assisting in resolving any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Tracking project progress and reporting updates to project managers.
- Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are used efficiently and properly maintained.
