Description
- Field Supervision: Manage day-to-day field operations on active construction sites
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and daily work activities
- Safety Compliance: Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Scheduled Management: Track project progress and assist with scheduling, inspections, and punch lists
- Documentation: Support compliance with public project requirements, including documentation and inspections
- Quality Control: Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of field construction experience, ideally as an Assistant Superintendent
- General Contracting background is required
