Description

• Field Supervision: Manage day-to-day field operations on active construction sites

• Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and daily work activities

• Safety Compliance: Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards

• Scheduled Management: Track project progress and assist with scheduling, inspections, and punch lists

• Documentation: Support compliance with public project requirements, including documentation and inspections

• Quality Control: Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of field construction experience, ideally as an Assistant Superintendent

• General Contracting background is required

• Experience on public-sector projects (schools, municipal buildings, etc.) is a strong plus

• Comfortable working onsite and managing subcontractors

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset

• Motivated early-career professional looking for growth and mentorship

Job Offer

• Competitive Base Salary: up to 95K (commensurate with experience)
