Job Description
- Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets project specifications and standards.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications accurately.
- Support the Superintendent in maintaining project budgets and schedules.
