Job Description
- Support the Lead Superintendent with daily onsite construction activities.
- Assist with managing subcontractors, manpower, materials, site logistics, and workflow sequencing.
- Enforce safety policies, job hazard analysis, and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and work planning for upcoming scopes.
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to support accurate field execution.
- Maintain daily reports, field documentation, quality checklists, and progress tracking.
- Assist with punch list development, close‑out activities, and final turnover coordination.
- Participate in subcontractor meetings, safety talks, and site walks with project leadership.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsite conditions at all times.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial construction field operations.
- Exposure to large‑scale projects such as industrial, automotive, corporate office, hospitality, or mixed‑use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and site logistics.
- Solid understanding of construction documents and field coordination.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors and crews.
- Desire to advance into a Superintendent role over time.
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
- Total Compensation (with bonus): $85,000 - $110,000
- Bonus Range: 5-15%
- Vehicle / Allowance: $600 - $1,000 per month
