Job Description
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project objectives.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure worksite.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Maintain daily logs and reports to document project progress and challenges.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address concerns.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures throughout the construction process.
