Job Description
Manage all phases of construction for a ground‑up multifamily development.
Oversee project budgets, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate project schedules, lead on‑site meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, ownership, and local officials throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive timely issue resolution and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
Support continuous improvement in project processes and field operations.
