Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with day‑to‑day project execution.
- Support RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Help track schedules, budgets, and cost reporting.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Participate in jobsite visits and project meetings.
- Assist with closeout documentation and turnover processes.
- Learn company standards related to safety, quality, and communication.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field required.
- 0-1 years of construction experience (internship experience accepted).
- Commercial construction exposure is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
- Local to the Greenville / Spartanburg area or willing to live locally.
- Competitive salary ranging from $70.000 to $80.000 USD annually.
