Description
- Coordinate construction schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards across all construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
- Support budgeting and cost management efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all construction activities.The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to a Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration
- Tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitoring budgets, cost reports, and forecasting with the Project Manager
- Coordinating with superintendents, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting quality control, safety compliance, and progress reporting

Salary : $85,000 - $115,700
