Job Description
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of multifamily construction projects.
- Support project managers in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and vendor management as needed.
