Job Description

• Assisting in the coordination of subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Supporting on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Helping manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Participating in preconstruction planning and site reviews
• Contributing to budgeting, scheduling, and procurement efforts
• Communicating effectively with field teams, clients, and vendors

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with tiltwall projects
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members
• EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED
