Job Description
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring time-lines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.
- Manage project budget and resources, controlling costs and expenditures.
- Monitor quality and safety standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven work experience with K-12 projects.
- Strong knowledge of education construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
- Problem-solving mindset, able to handle challenges quickly and efficiently
- Experience with reputable general contractors
