Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing project tasks and timelines.
  • Ensure the timely procurement of materials and subcontractor resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Review project plans and specifications to understand requirements and maintain quality standards.
  • Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and submittals.
  • Conduct regular site visits and liaise with field operations teams to support smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and schedules using project management software.
  • Foster communication between clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that project objectives are met.

Profile

  • 2 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial or base building projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software and the MS Office Suite, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and shows a commitment to quality work and client satisfaction.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus Structure: Annual bonuses based on individual and project performance.
  • Additional Benefits: Vehicle allowance, 401k match, 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision insurance (depending on plan selection).
  • PTO: Two weeks to start, plus five sick days and nine company holidays, with the option to carry over up to five days.
