Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing project tasks and timelines.
- Ensure the timely procurement of materials and subcontractor resources to meet project deadlines.
- Review project plans and specifications to understand requirements and maintain quality standards.
- Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits and liaise with field operations teams to support smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and schedules using project management software.
- Foster communication between clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that project objectives are met.
Profile
- 2 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial or base building projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and the MS Office Suite, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Job Offer
- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
