Job Description
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits
- Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
- Plan timeline for MEP work
- Communicate with city inspectors
- Assist with monthly budgets
- Review drawings and specs
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in construction management or similar construction related field
- 2-5 years of experience in the construction space, preferably as a project engineer
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience working with a general contractor preferred
- Competitive base salary ($75,000 - $105,000 dependent on prior experience)
- Strong project pipeline for the next five years
