Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation for project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Support procurement and coordination of materials and resources needed for projects.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of construction experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
