With continued success and growth, they are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team!

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation for project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Support procurement and coordination of materials and resources needed for projects.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of construction experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
