Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to a Project Manager and support the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors
• Supporting cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinating RFIs, submittals, and drawing reviews
• Communicating with site teams, suppliers, and consultants
• Supporting project meetings and ensuring key actions are followed up
• Assisting with quality control, safety, and compliance requirements
• Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
