Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company protocols.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in contract administration, including reviewing and negotiating terms.
  • Provide support in managing project closeout processes and final documentation.

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
