Job Description
- Assist with RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Support the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
- Assist in managing project schedules and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements on all job sites.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
