Job Description
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure timely processing and project continuity
- Utilize Procore
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project schedules and budgets
- Assist with contract administration, procurement, and project reporting
- Participate in job site meetings and support field coordination efforts as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate project files and ensure compliance with contract documents

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Assistant Project Manager Should Have
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, with exposure to commercial and/or residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of Procore and project management systems
- Hands-on experience managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Proven ability to support Project Managers on diversified construction projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $125,000
