Description
- Support the management of healthcare construction projects across South Carolina
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
- Work closely with Superintendents and PMs on daily project needs
- Utilize project management tools and support RFI, submittal, and change order workflows
- Travel to project sites statewide as required
- Act as an on‑site support leader for the upcoming 60,000 SF, 3‑story freestanding cancer center
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 1-4 years of relevant construction experience
- Healthcare project experience preferred
- Comfortable with statewide travel
- Organized, strong communicator, and able to support multiple project activities
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to step into an 'all‑hands' culture
Job Offer
- $75,000-$95,000 base salary
- $600/month vehicle allowance OR company vehicle
- $85/month cellphone allowance or company phone
