Job Description
- Support PM and field leadership in managing education and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and contract documentation using project management software
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and execution
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking to keep projects on time and within budget
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support buyout efforts
- Help maintain quality and safety standards across all phases of construction
- Contribute to projects ranging from $10M-$20M within a strong pipeline
The Successful Applicant
- 2 years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across commercial, education, or healthcare sectors
- Experience working with Project Managers & Superintendents
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
- Competitive base salary: $75K-$100K, based upon experience
