Job Description

• Support PM and field leadership in managing education and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and contract documentation using project management software
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and execution
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking to keep projects on time and within budget
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support buyout efforts
• Help maintain quality and safety standards across all phases of construction
• Contribute to projects ranging from $10M-$20M within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

• 2 years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across commercial, education, or healthcare sectors
• Experience working with Project Managers & Superintendents
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
