The Assistant Project Manager - $75M Construction Project will:
- Assist in managing all aspects of a $75M construction project, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure progress aligns with goals.
- Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Resolve project-related issues and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
