- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors and self perform crews, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment.
- Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders.
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes.
- Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities.
- Maintain a professional presence with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities.
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of general construction experience
- Medical, Commercial, Municipal, K-12 groundup/renovation experience
- Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Family and Team oriented
- Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
- Base Salary up to $95K
