Description

The Assistant Project Manager - $120M Project will:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a $120M construction project in Boston.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with planned objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Support the Project Manager in risk management and quality control processes.
• Facilitate communication between on-site teams and the management team.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
