Job Description

• * Support the Lead Superintendent with overall site supervision and daily operations
• * Take ownership of interior finishes, amenity spaces, and courtyard scopes
• * Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and work sequencing
• * Monitor schedule, quality, and safety across assigned scopes
• * Enforce site safety standards and company procedures
• * Assist with punch‑list management and project close‑out activities
• * Maintain clear communication with project management and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

• * 3 years' experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a general contractor
• * Proven background on multifamily projects valued at $30M
• * Strong knowledge of interior build‑outs and finishes
• * Experience working on wood‑frame and podium‑style construction preferred
• * Ability to work fully on‑site and commute daily to Newington, CT
• * Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced site environment
