Job Description
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for the following
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for waterproofing and masonry projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project details and scope.
- Research and source material and labor costs to provide competitive and precise estimates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to maintain budget integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials relevant to waterproofing and masonry.
