About Our Client

Our client is a growing technology and software company located in Westlake, Dallas. They are a leader in vehicle lifestyle management software as a service. They are seeking a Tax Director of Provision.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Oversee tax compliance
• Oversee tax strategy and planning
• Management of junior tax staff
• Tax technology systems

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA preferred
• 10 years of ASC740 tax experience
• Management experience
• Corporate compliance exposure
• Ability to be on site 5 days/ week
