- Set monthly Team Goals
- Lead weekly Sales Meetings
- Provide coaching of incoming and outgoing calls
- Train all new reps specified by the Training Agendas
- Conduct Sales Presentations
- Call dealers as needed to assist Sales Representatives
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Presentation and sale of company products and services
- Training and development of new dealers as needed
- Participation in marketing events as necessary
- Enforcement of Sales Representative Minimum Expectations
- Development and maintenance of sales and marketing materials
