As a Sales Professional you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers.
You will need to engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding our jewelry.
In addition, you will be expected to:
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs
Present merchandise and share information regarding features of our jewelry
Support management in all aspects of the store’s operations to ensure growth and profitability
Develop new ideas for increasing business
Develop and maintains communication with clients
Update clients on repairs or special orders
Requirements
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork abilities
Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
Posses a positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Comfortable utilizing technology such as iPads/tablets, Smartphones or computers
Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights and weekends
Upscale casual or business attire
Our Sales Professional earns a base pay plus commission on sales, incentive programs, annual bonuses and merchandise discounts.
