Mid-Level Litigation Associate

The Position

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington, NC office. The candidate should have minimum of four years of commercial civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing.

The Location

We have offices in Wisconsin (Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha); Illinois (Chicago); Utah (Salt Lake City); Colorado (Denver, Broomfield); Texas (Austin); and North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington); Nebraska (Lincoln); California (Los Angeles) and Washington D.C. Our contemporary offices spaces are ideal for concentration and collaboration supporting our culture of working together to make great things happen for our clients. This position is located in our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington office.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge Base & Education:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• A minimum of four years' litigation experience
