Corporate Paralegal for a global manufacturing company in the Irving area. The Corporate Paralegal will oversee the full contract lifecycle, from creation to archiving and will serve as the point of contact for all contractual needs within the organization.
This is a DIRECT HIRE ON-SITE position and is available immediately!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain corporate books and records
- Serve as the sole entry point for contracting requests including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), leases, expansion contracts, amendments, etc.
- Prepare draft board minutes and resolutions
- Collaborate with requestors to gather requirements and select appropriate templates
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, and execution
- Provide contract interpretation guidance to leadership and appropriate stakeholders
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, procurement, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Maintain accurate contract storage and archiving in the system
- Support process improvements and operational initiatives as directed by management
- Maintain records of Tax ID for each entity
- Assist with general litigation matters as required
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years of corporate paralegal experience with a focus on corporate governance and contract management lifecycle within a law firm environment
- Experience with contract redlining and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiating, active listening, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work
- Detail‑oriented drafting and review of contracts
- Understanding of standard contract clauses, legal terminology, and formats
- Experience with patents &/or trademarks is a strong plus
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
