We’re supporting a company in the environmental monitoring and life-sciences technology space that is hiring a Program / Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee the full customer experience for complex monitoring system projects. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional customer management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor Project Managers delivering installation, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and inspection projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Partner with Sales on key customer accounts and identify growth or upgrade opportunities.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, QA, and field teams.
- Implement best practices and use data to improve efficiency and team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of project/program management or technical service leadership experience.
- Strong technical background (monitoring systems, instrumentation, automation, or similar).
- Proven success leading teams and managing complex customer-facing projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or PgMP preferred, but not required.
- Experience in life sciences/pharma/biotech/regulated environments is a plus.
- Located in New Jersey.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
