JOB SUMMARY
Under immediate supervision of the Production Manager, the Order Fulfillment Coordinator I, will effectively retrieve parts and prepare kits to deliver to manufacturing in a timely manner. Impressive order fulfillment involves processing a work order and ensures the product you're kitting meets all the shop's specifications. This process typically starts when a work order is released into production and ends once you successfully deliver that order to them and they're satisfied with it.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED and 12 years’ experience in Manufacturing or related field
- ERP software experience preferred
- Prior experience with order pulling
- Intermediate experience with interpreting drawings and work orders
- Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks, a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English (read, write, and speak), a plus

- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

- Able to interpret work instructions along with drawing packets, and plan tasks accordingly

- Ability to speak, read, and write grammatically correct English
- Ability to use tact and express ideas in a clear and concise manner

- Successfully pass a background check, including criminal history, drug screen, physical, audiogram, and vision test.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive cut parts and verify counts, quality and accuracy against shop standards.
2. Ensure all parts are properly identified with marks or labels.
3. Build kits by pulling and sorting parts according to Bills of Material (BOMs).
4. Organize and stage parts into short-term or long-term storage based on the production schedule.
5. Deliver prepared kits to the fitter group or designated work areas in line with the shop schedule.
6. Assist with raw material movements, staging, and general inventory tasks as needed.
7. Stay flexible with shifting priorities- returning parts as schedules change.
8. Performs other duties and projects, as assigned.
