Position Overview
The assembly technician is focused on supporting the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork to ensure every job meets the customer’s requirements and exceeds expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly and electrical testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Identify product non-conformances immediately upon discovery.
- Participate in root cause corrective action measures to prevent recurring non-conformances and escaping defects.
- Adhere to defined work instructions and processes to produce consistent high-quality work.
- Work and communicate in a highly professional and respectful manner with colleagues and customers alike. Success in this position will require the development of cooperative, cross-functional, team-based relationships that are based on strong, professional communication and clear understanding of objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation: Specifications, Procedures, Drawings, and Manuals.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- J-STD-101 and IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
