POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for accuracy and integrity of the inventories at MIC. The Inventory Control Specialist develops and directs the cycle counts and maintains the records for audit purposes. This position is responsible for calculating the values of finished goods inventories. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Procurement Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES
¨ Development of the cycle count reports
¨ Corrective actions for prevention of future issues discovered during cycle counting
¨ Calculation of finished goods values for financial reporting
¨ Responsible for the storage, issue and receipts and staging of the inventories
¨ Support reporting activities including quarterly usage and age reports, across the dock information for savings and month end inventory balances
¨ Receive product into inventory
¨ Issue raw materials to jobs
¨ Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends as required
¨ Other duties as assigned

Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Five plus years Warehouse and Inventory Control experience
