Manufacturing/Industrial Maintenance

1st shift position, 8 hour days, 5 days a week.

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced candidate to service and maintain CNC machines and support equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge who is skilled in troubleshooting and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain CNC machines
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and help minimize downtime
• Support machine reliability and overall equipment performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining CNC machines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Environmental, Health & Safety Requirements:

• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the Company’s goals.
• Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook.
• Follow all environmental requirements consistently with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals.
• Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements.

Position & Physical Conditions:

• At least 18 years of age
• A US citizen or Green Card holder
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a high school level.
• Able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items, manual dexterity, and coordination to operate equipment
• Dependable and reliable to handle equipment safely with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Adhere to PPE requirements
