The Role
The Head of E-Commerce & Growth owns the performance of Miaou's digital business — from e-commerce and growth strategy to customer acquisition, retention, site merchandising, conversion, forecasting, and digital marketing. It's a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, working closely across teams.
What You'll Own
- Annual DTC revenue, contribution margin, and customer growth targets
- E-commerce strategy and the annual e-commerce calendar — product launches, merchandising, and promotional cadence
- Site experience and customer journey, with a focus on conversion rate, AOV, and retention
- Performance marketing across Meta, Google, Affiliate, SMS, and Email, including budgets and media efficiency (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV)
- Email/SMS strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI analysis with actionable recommendations
- Forecasting, inventory alignment, and promotional planning
- Agency, freelancer, and technology vendor relationships
- Building and mentoring a high-performing e-commerce and growth team
Success Metrics
Revenue growth, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and retention rate.
What You Bring
- 7 years in e-commerce, growth, or digital leadership at a fashion, or consumer brand
- Proven track record scaling DTC businesses
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Deep knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, CRM, and paid media platforms
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the retail industry preferred.
Reporting
Reports to Founder & Creative Director.
Direct reports: E-Commerce Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and
Customer Experience team. Also oversees external agencies, freelancers, and technology/analytics partners.
