Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service, Sales and Product Knowledge:
* Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
* Assess customer needs to offer tailored recommendations for products that meets their preferences and requirements.
* Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, availability, and delivery option
* Develop a thorough understanding of Tiles and Paver product lines, including materials,
styles, and current trends.
2. Marketing:
* Promoting company and products through social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
3. Sales Process:
*Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to final purchase.
* Prepare and present quotes, process transactions, and facilitate shipping with the delivery company.
4. Administrative Duties:
* Complete sales documentation and manage customer accounts accurately.
* Keep track of inventory.
* Basic QuickBooks management.
5. Showroom Duties:
* Maintain the showroom’s appearance by ensuring it is organized, and visually appealing.
* Verify that all products are properly displayed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
