Essential Functions:

As a Tour Guide, you’ll lead guests through an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience—sharing the stories, architecture, and energy that make this ballpark a true Miami landmark and one of the city's premier venues. You’ll provide top-notch hospitality, inspire curiosity, and help every visitor see why loanDepot park is one of the most exciting sports and entertainment destinations in the country.
Essential Functions:
- Lead scheduled tours of loanDepot park for individuals and groups, ensuring a memorable and educational experience.
- Deliver scripted and unscripted commentary tailored to diverse audiences, including tourists, students, fans, and VIPs etc.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests throughout the tour.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during tours, including accessibility accommodations as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate special tour requests and logistics.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming events at loanDepot Park to answer guest questions accurately.
- Assist with check-in and registration of tour guests and manage group flow efficiently.
- Represent the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park with enthusiasm and pride.
- May be assigned to work Marlins games or other non-tour events on an as-needed basis, at the discretion of management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during tours.
- Knowledge of sports, entertainment, or Miami history is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or other language skills beneficial.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
