What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service - Valet position at MIAMI LAKES AM & CJ?
Mercedes-Benz of Washington, PA has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Valet to support our service department.
Primary Responsibilities-
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor.
- Move, park, and organize customer vehicles on dealership property.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient service drive and parking area.
- Perform customer vehicle pick-up and delivery services as assigned.
- Test drive vehicles when requested by management, advisors, or technicians.
- Check and top off fluids as needed, including windshield washer fluid and other approved fluids.
- Assist service advisors with customer needs and day-to-day operations.
- Transport vehicles between departments as necessary.
- Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, parked, and secured.
- Help keep the service drive clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with loaner and shuttle vehicle management when required.
- Support technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

- Communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, and management.
- Be willing to assist wherever needed to support dealership operations and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license w/ at least three years driving experience
- Must be willing to work indoors/outdoors
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must pass the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) driver eligibility requirements
