The Role

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with both dealership and Subaru factory standards.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.

• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

What You Bring to the Bay

• Experience: Proven track record as a flat-rate automotive technician.

• Subaru Certification: Subaru factory training is highly preferred and required to qualify for the sign-on bonus. (ASE Certifications are a major plus).

• Tools: Must possess your own working set of tools (we provide factory specialty tools).

• Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to fixing it right the first time.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, three years driving experience, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
