Volkswagen Brandon is hiring a high-impact Sales Manager who is a proven closer and knows how to move the sales volume. This role is built for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced showroom, sets the tone with energy and accountability, and consistently drives results through people, process, and performance.
The ideal candidate has a track record of closing deals at a high level, turning opportunities into sold units, and maximizing every customer interaction. You understand how to overcome objections and close with confidence while still delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position requires someone who can train, coach, and lead a sales team from the front. You are hands-on, visible on the floor, and comfortable jumping into deals to help your team cross the finish line.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
Take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
Excellent Phone Skills 75-100 phone calls are mandatory
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Complete trade appraisals
- Prior sales leadership 2-3yrs of dealership experience required
- Prior sales manager experience a plus
