Job Duties:
- Evaluate customer’s needs, working quickly and efficiently
- Master products, services and company knowledge
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
- Identify mechanical problems
- Perform basic care and maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire rotations
- Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings
Qualifications:
- Must have State and Emissions License
- Good knowledge of Automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Should be able to Operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Detail oriented, capable of a high-quality repair
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a service department
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- A valid PA driver’s license

- After 120 days - accrues at a rate of 40 hours
- After 3 years – accrues at a rate of 80 hours
- After 6 years – accrues at a rate of 120 hours
- Sick–
- After 90 days of hire - 40 hours are awarded
- January 1 every year thereafter - 40 hours are awarded
- Vacation–
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - $35/hr flat rate pay based on level and experience
Schedule: 40 hour work week with Saturday rotations; Sundays and 1 other day off.
