What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for Miami Lakes Chevrolet service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments.
Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers to identify concerns and recommend maintenance services.
Maintain current knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, products, warranties, and service offerings.
Ensure repair orders, customer records, and service documentation are completed accurately.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders.
A customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
