Ford Lincoln of Morgantown, WV is currently looking for a full-time Automotive Parts Counter Person.
As a Parts Counter Person, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating and obtaining the correct automotive parts and accessories. This position involves maintaining parts inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, has strong attention to detail, and possesses knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an automotive parts or dealership environment preferred
• Strong automotive knowledge and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-pace environment
Job Duties (including, but not limited to):
• Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• Identify correct parts using catalogs, databases and VIN lookups
• Maintain and organize parts inventory and stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming parts shipments
• Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately
• Communicate effectively with service and sales department
• Other duties as assigned by Parts Manager
