About Us: University Automall is excited to expand our Sales Departments with the creation of a state-of-the-art call center. We handle a high volume of inbound and internet inquiries for our three stores, ensuring exceptional service for new and returning clients.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Average monthly earnings: $2,400 - $5,200
- Performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Direct customers to appropriate departments or employees
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Confirm and reschedule appointments
- Regain customer retention
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and voice
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Prior experience in BDC, automotive service/sales, or customer service is a plus
- High-volume call experience
- Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent attendance
- Professional phone skills and a friendly demeanor
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Shifts: 8-10 hours
- Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
- Holidays and overtime as required
