The Senior Graphic Designer will apply a fresh eye to visual storytelling, branding and design efforts in support of our organization. This role plays a key role in maintaining design excellence across the brand, while aligning creative work with broader marketing and business priorities. The Senior Graphic Designer will be strategic and can effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions
- Collaborates across all stages of the creative process, from strategic planning and ideation through concept development, execution, and final delivery.
- Evolves and upholds the company’s brand while serving as a steward of visual and graphic standards.
- Maintain and enhance brand equity throughout projects.
- Ensures rigorous quality control so final deliverables are accurate and aligned with design standards.
- Well-versed in the creative/production process including development, concepting, and video and digital content.
- Leads maintenance and organization of digital assets such as logos, photography, and stock graphics.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital/graphic design or related field
- 5 years progressively responsible experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Web design experience a plus.

- Ability to provide a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and range of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful graphic solutions that support business objectives.
- Strong customer service organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexible in responding to changing priorities and strategies, with strong judgment to evaluate situations and identify the best path forward.
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.
