What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Miami Hype?
Premier Youth Volleyball Club – South Florida
Full-Time | Leadership Role
We are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing and most competitive youth volleyball organizations, serving athletes ages 8–18 across developmental, regional, and national-level programs.
Our club is built on a foundation of high standards, elite training, and a culture that prioritizes both performance and player experience. We are committed to developing athletes not only as competitors, but as disciplined, confident, and coachable individuals.

This is not just an administrative role—it is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the game, commands respect in a gym, and can manage both people and systems at scale.
