In this role, you will work with HEAT Group corporate partners to develop and manage their Activation programs / platforms that exceed HEAT Group partners goals/objectives. This includes tracking each program and providing meaningful (appropriate metrics) recaps for each partner. The position’s primary duty will be to regularly direct the work of (1) Senior Account Manager, (1) Account Manager and (1) Coordinators within their role while managing partner accounts. The position shall also be responsible for renewals and upsells for each partner account. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, aligned with the team’s game calendar and partner events.

Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school; Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on partnership marketing, agency, or client servicing roles of delivering programs that delivers on ROI. 1 years of managing direct reports. Very organized and detail oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other programs such as Canva, Monday.com, Wrike.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
- Serve as the lead (1A) on the department’s top, key partnership accounts (approximately seven-figures up, around 3-6 total).
- Cultivate, manage, and grow partner relationships with decision makers to day-to-day contacts, in addition to key agency leads.
- Act as liaison between the partner and the rest of the team/organization.
- Oversee overall strategy including planning and implementation of contractual elements for accounts with a proactive approach that align partner objectives with team business goals.
- Function as industry and category experts specific accounts with a focus on retaining and growing revenue.
- Identify new engagement opportunities, upsell initiatives, and business opportunities throughout the season
- Lead renewal discussions with senior level executives/decision makers of corporate partner accounts
- Manage and mentor partnership marketing staff that may include Senior Account Manager, Account Manager and Coordinator, setting clear roles, expectations, timelines, and service standards
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train partnership marketing staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to build a high‑performing partnership marketing team
- Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver timely feedback, and create development plans to support individual and team growth
- Manage performance issues proactively, including corrective action planning and, when necessary, employee discipline and termination in accordance with organizational policies
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence, particularly during game‑day and event environments
- Collaborate with all internal departments including marketing, content, social responsibility, building operations, and all other relevant departments to fulfill partnership elements.
